Based out of Delaware, Extravagant Events Catering provides mouthwatering and signature dishes for their clients’ weddings and other special occasions. The owner and executive chef, Joseph Ushinski, has over four decades of experience working in the culinary industry. A graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, Joe has been both a professional chef and manager for over 40 years. A consummate professional, he has studied a host of international cuisines and he and his team have won numerous accolades for their accomplished catering services. They have served a long list of esteemed figureheads, including US Presidents of both parties, and Ambassador Curtis Ward. This high-quality chef has previously worked throughout the United States, Spain, Germany, Saudi Arabia, and the Dominican Republic. Whether it’s a glamorous ballroom banquet or an intimate gathering, Joseph and his team can create one-of-a-kind displays filled with fresh and delicious cuisine.

Services Offered

Through consultations and private tasting sessions, you can formulate a wedding menu that features your favorite flavors and dishes. Once a menu is finalized Extravagant Events Catering team can deliver and set up your cuisine to match your event’s style and theme. This can be in the form of plated dishes and waitstaff or one-of-a-kind food displays for guests to marvel and select from. After their food service, this team will clean up leftovers for further convenience. These caterers can also provide an array of event items including tables, chairs, linens, tableware, centerpieces, and more.

All cuisine at Extravagant Events Catering is made from scratch using locally sourced fresh ingredients. This allows Joseph and his team to cater to guests with strict dietary requirements without sacrificing on taste. This can include dishes that are gluten-free, lactose-free, nut-free, vegetarian, vegan, and more. Their extensive selections include a variety of dishes from around the world including classic beef wellington, Peking duck, spring pea ravioli, chicken confit, and more.
